This is stock I have taken over the years that I decided I wanted to share with others here on Deviant Art. I just have a few rules but there simple and hopefully wont make it too hard on you to be able to make something beautiful from them. The Photomanipulation section is dedicated to digital photographs that have undergone post processing and/or editing via the use of a graphical imaging software. The extent of manipulation should be prominent and noticeable in ways where it can be clearly distinguishable from an unaltered photograph. Photomanipulations are images that have been composed of two or more photographic elements to create something new. Consequently put together in such a way that it exceeds digital darkroom techniques – in other words, a photomanipulation no longer focuses on merely enhancing any given photo, but on creating something entirely new. BE CREATIVE! Do NOT use my stock if you're only going to do minor changes like changing hue/saturation, texture overlay, or only put a border around the picture, etc. My models are my friends and I respect them. They took the time to pose. I must be respectful to them so I ask that you do as well. You have to ask permission. I would like to know what it is being used in. Let me see it, is all I ask. If I feel it is ok I will give permission. If you had an idea just explain what you want to do with it. It would be sad to work hard on an image and then to have me say take it out. Its better to just tell me what you plan to us it in and I will let you know if I'm ok with it. I am pretty easy going. I am not out to make money off of something you created with the help of my work. This stock would of just sat on my computer never being used. I like to photograph things and they just hold memories of the the places I took them at. I just would like to know how it is being used is all. If I feel it is wrong then I would ask that you do not sale and take my stock out of the new image you made. You will just have to find another image to take its place. I know what it is like to look for stock you can use to make photo manipulation prints. That there can be so many rules its not worth it. I wont ask you to put my name on your print. If you make an image to sale to a client and a little bit of my piece helped you to make it. Great!!!! I don't want any compensation for that it is no longer mine it helped you to make a new image. All I ask is to see it and see how good you can be. The Commercial use is only if I feel it is wrong. If when, I will say no. If I think it is cool I will congratulate you on a good job well done. Thank you for using my work. HAVE FUN!!!!! |
